    1. Old trollops are a bore. Very old trollops are a crashing bore. The Dame is in mega territory

    2. Seems like the old thing has really got to you judging from your very boring comment. Try to enliven/leaven your critique of her with a little wit.....rather than schoolboy insults. Long live the Dame

  4. The Dame boasted a few months back that the Hornets Nest gets around 1000 page views a day. If true, and no reason to doubt it, she is obviously not boring quite a few people: in fact, she probably gets more page views than any other local site.
Keep it up Dame....when the attack you as boring it means that you are not and that they are running scared of the truths you tell.

  5. Quite correct 21.41, the Dame should only worry when Palmer no longer bothers to insult her and divert the argument (usually to some discussion of himself zzz). When he and other trolls are at their worst, THAT is because the Dame is so effective.

    Long live the Dame!

  6. The Dame is quite simply the best "trollop" that has ever hit Kenisngton and Chelsea. Phelps is dust, Cockle is dust, Lamont is dust, Moylan is dust. Opera Holland Park is soon to be dust. The puffers no longer travel First Class on British Rail and Virgin Atlantic. International jollies (including weekend rest overs) for the Leader are a thing of the past. Puff rides in the Bentley to save taxi fares are history. Bore is dust. Warwick and Mackover are unfinished business. And there is a watching brief over the North Kensington snorter.

A very Happy Christmas and New Year to our celebrated resident.

    3. You are a wag, WASP

The TMO is soon to be dust thanks to you,. We now know that its management team is detritus - a handful of dust.

  10. This latest from Clouseau and friends about EDC is just so, so childish and puerile. It seriously lowers the tone of the Dame's excellent blog.

    2. Cllr Palmer is mad, bad and dangerous to know

  11. I don't know about 'dangerous' 13.37. But the poor man is evidently obsessed, and the comments above border on the obscene. It seems I'll have to put him back on my 'Cyberstalking' list, *sigh*. How tiresome.

Harassment comprising 'false accusations, defamation, slander and libel'.is now a criminal offence.

So, what do you think people? Shall I report him? Or let him eat worms?

  12. He is not the only troll on this blog.

  13. The Dame has been discussing Cllr Palmer with 'Doc' Charles Tannock(yes, the MEP the Dame exposed in the Sunday Times over his lucrative sideline in shale gas exploration)
According to the 'Doc' it's best to ignore Cllr Palmer. The more attention he gets the deeper he regresses into 'childhood state'. The Doc thinks, as a little boy, young Matthew was ignored(unsurprising) and his attention seeking is symptomatic of a need to shock and show off. His obsession with Cllr Dent Coad relates to a need to have the approval of strong and powerful women. It's all a bit of a tragedy..... and though the Dame has little time for psychiatrists she feels the Doc has correctly analysed young Matthew....even his co-councillors are concerned about his errant behaviour patterns.
We won't dwell on the mysterious telephone calls...

    1. Dear Dame, I respect your opinion of course, but this has been on and off for nine years and while I've done my time 'ignoring' him it's just boring and offensive now. And of course it's a criminal offence.

Time to call a halt perhaps.

  14. Palmer revels in calling himself 'Cllr Palmer'. In everything he has tried to do he has failed. Correctly and sensibly, Nick Paget-Brown has repeatedly rejected his demands to be given a proper job. Palmer is a sad, embittered failure who has no life outsde the council.

I hear that the other Dame...Elizabeth Rutherford, has complained to the leader about Palmer saying he was making a laughing stock of the Conservative Group.

    1. Dame Rutherford needs to watch out. Palmer hates women in pubic life. He will start to brief against her in the same way that he briefs against Cllr Dent Coad and Cllr Borwick. For some strange reason he has failed to notice and brief against the odious Cllr Campbell - the Cabinet member who cannot add up.

    2. Cllr Palmer is relaxed about Cllr Elizabeth Campbell. Ever since her husband took away her cheque book, credit cards and driving license, the opinion of Cllr Palmer is that she has been put in her place and is under control. The Inspector does not object to her flatulent utterances in the Council Chamber because they are considerably inferior to his own noises.

A pair of prats who deserve each other.

Note to readers: Holland Park School "cost nothing" according to bird brain Campbell. May the Lord look after her family budget

  16. The Dame is right, dear Cllr EDC. Ignore the fool. These trolls are failures in life who hope to aggrandise themselves by slandering strong and effective women. They seek to raise themselves above their own ability by so doing and if the woman weakens, they feel they have won a victory. Treat the pompous idiot as something dirty that has become affixed to the sole of your shoe.

  17. What Agony Uncle and others commenting here do not know is that the puerile comments Palmer makes on Hornet are but the tip of the iceberg. Cllr DC - and perhaps other supposed Palmer victims - has allegedly been subjected to an on-off campaign of harassment that has included making inappropriate and salacious comments on other forums UNDER HER NAME, a particularly silly and offensive phone call, and an especially nasty threat of violence serious enough to have been reported to the police. The most serious of these have also been reported to the Council, who in essence refused to cooperate.

I will be advising Cllr DC that any future harassment of this nature be reported to the Met, whose dedicated online crime team have the technology to track comments, and the authority to take action whether the Council wishes it or not.

It is not 'ok' to imply that Cllr DC or any of Palmer's alleged victims should 'man up', 'take it on the chin', or 'ignore it and it will go away'. It doesn't go away. And frankly, that sounds like an abuser's charter.

    1. Good grief, what a monster. This goes way beyond school-boy pranks.

    2. Given what Legal Eagle says, Cllr DC should immediately ask the Police to launch a formal investigation. Frankly it is shocking that the Council refuses to act. Should Cllr Palmer be found to have used his Council facilities to make these comments, then the action taken as per former Cllr Phelps should be put into place and a by-election called for Queens Gate ward. I am sure most of the voters there would welcome being rid of him anyway.

    2. are you suggesting Palmer is drunk when writing these disgusting comments? It is a very good use of police time if it exposes a councillor who abuses taxpayer's facilities.

  19. Thank you Dame, that might well become necessary.
