THE DAME NAMES NAMES AT TMO....

SELF EXPLANATORY!
Mrs Yasmin Alam is a name that has come to the attention of the Dame from several different directions.

Graceless and pushy( a polite way of describing her manner)the woman is purportedly a sort of TMO Neighbourhood Officer: in other words she is supposed to have an ambassadorial role, helping tenants and residents to overcome problems.

The feedback the Dame has of this lady is troubling.
Alam evidently gives the impression to tenants of being hugely important and influential in the higher echelons of the TMO....odd for someone performing a lowly admin role.

The Dame invites tenants and residents to write confidentially to her at damesathome@yahoo.co.uk
and report their own experiences of this woman.
Or you could comment here.
The Dame will ensure your identity is protected so you won't be blacklisted or bullied by the TMO.

The TMO has enough image problems without employing someone who seems to rub everybody up the wrong way.

The Dame has form for avoiding naming officers at mid/junior level, but Mrs Alam forces the exception to her rule.

  3. Some vapid person suggested the Dame 'move on' from tormenting the useless TMO.
'Move on" like 'celebrate' is a dreadful Americanism and says much about the user.
Anyway, back to the point...The TMO is responsible-not just for tenants and leaseholders, but for a substantial slug of our assets. To allow it to mis-manage those assets is the height of irresponsibility. And the relevance of the topic is underscored by the fact that by 2.00pm today there were over 600 page views. That, alone, tells the Dame that this is a topic of considerable and consuming interest.

    1. Three cheers for the Dame for not backing down. I should imagine that people in that TMO are watching this blog like hawks but even they haven't looked at it six hundred times since 9 O'Clock this morning. There is very real concern about the TMO from the tenants' point of view, and from the Council Tax Payers' point of view because so much money is given to the TMO by RBKC so that Councilors can keep the TMO at arms' length.

I am with a Housing Association. My friend is with the TMO. My friend has cried her eyes out to me more than once about the TMO. Now that I've read everything the Dame has to to say about the TMO,I realise that my friend has not exaggerated anything. My Housing Association is ever so nice to me and my neighbours

  5. It is shocking to read that the TMO has reduced Trudy's friend to tears. What sort of people are they?

  7. The Dame has censored two comments which imply Mrs Alam is more disposed towards those of her own religious and ethnic background. If you have evidence she shows favour to one ethnic group as opposed to another give it to the Dame.

  8. She has made my life hell and has treated me and my family like dirt
