What has Moylan achieved in the last 35 years? Not a lot. He had the potential, but his many personal failings have reduced his career to ashes. No one can stand him.

Agree with 9.56's comments on Exhibition Rd, but cleaning at £5,770 a week is gross overcharging. For decades the RBKC has hosted a vast waste management racket. Residents pay twice the market rate the service, enabling 1000s of K & C businesses to pay nothing. Individually it's not much money, but everyone pays twice on a 16 year contract. H & F and WCC etc have the same "problem." It follows that the tendering process was - "flawed." Think about it.
Apologies to the Dame for changing the subject. Commercial waste contracts are compulsory for businesses. First Mile, one of the few "alternative" waste firms working in RBKC, has 13,000 commercial contracts, across the whole of London.
RBKC alone has 12,500 businesses (ONS). First Mile can only be contracted to about 500 of them. Yet RBKC and its contractors claim their 3,800 business contracts equal 70% of the market.
Up to 8,700 RBKC businesses have no waste contracts. A few firms pay privately or create no waste, but the remaining 6,000 or so "uncontracted" firms are subsidised by residents. This is unlawful in terms of several sets of legislation.
Supporter of Moylan is very wrong about Moylan and the Bow Group. Amongst all the other consultations he's messed up and elections he's failed in-he couldn't even beat Ian Donaldson in the election for Bow Group Chairman....

It needs a person like Moylan to sort out rackets like waste collection in the Royal Borough
