THE LONG DRAWN OUT DEATH OF THE CHELSEA WE LOVED

You don't have to be a Labour supporter to agree with Emma Dent Coad's Latest Blog on the horrible things happening to the Chelsea we once knew and loved
Her heartfelt and eloquent lament could have been written by any sensitive and cultivated resident.

And you don't need to be rich to know that Affinity Sutton's determination to knock down Sutton Dwellings will scar Chelsea for ever.

Good stuff Emma!

And Palmer....don't make any boring comments about 'Labour blogs'. The Dame supports none of the main political parties,

An afterthought....why have our resident associations not formed an umbrella group to protest about the proposed property tax?
Most of their members are long established K&C residents with limited incomes and cash.

Many will be forced to sell the homes they love.

  1. Great stuff. A person who obviously has a feeling for the Borough and a responsibility towards heritage. And a caring about people. Unfortunately no power to influence behaviour in Hornton Street.

If CllrPaget-Brown cannot figure it out for himself then he could do worse than read Cllr Dent-Coade's blog. After all, she is an elected representative too. She cannot be all bad.
