The Dame is going to report this jackass judge to the Lord Chancellor for not summoning his fellow Irish person for contempt of court
What is it about the Family Courts?
The
judges seem real third raters incapable of making a living at the Bar and delighting
in the secrecy afforded by the Family Court system.
The Dame referred the other day to the case
of the social worker who, on Facebook, boasted how she persuaded a Family Court
judge to break up a family.
She went to gloat that the judge had given the
parents ‘a real bollocking’ and that destroying the family had been ‘the
pinnacle of her career’.
As a result the family in question were
easily identifiable.
Now one might have thought the judge in
question, who had jailed a father (suffering from a critical cardiac condition) for sending a birthday
card to his son, would have sent this harridan of a social worker down for
contempt….but not a bit of it.
So for those who thinking this has nothing
to do with K & C think again and indulge the old Dame.

This pompous, bullying arse of a judge is
none other than Lexham Gardens resident, Damien Lochrane.
Lochrane,doubtless no great shakes at Pump
Court, must have jumped at the chance of becoming a Essex Circuit judge.
Oh yes, and he loves to boast that he
founded BLAG (Bar Lesbian and Gay Group).
So what?
There are many highly successful gay lawyers, but they don’t go boring on about it.
They just get on with their lives.
If ever there was there was a reason for
cleaning up the Family Courts this twit is a very good one.

DeleteI sincerely hope you are not referring to Danny Boys, because he certainly, though bog Irish, never went to Ampleforth. You might be referring to Cllr Ahern, who is bog Irish and did go there. So well bred that he loves to list his many properties....show off!

DeleteThere will be always those who overstep the mark. Should the Dame moderate? Far too time consuming and then there were would be endless debates about censorship.
ReplyDeleteIt's up to readers to behave in a civilised way. But she stands firmly by her contention that many of her high flying gay friends in the City and law have no need of the likes of this ghastly man to look after their interests. Lochrane is a a self publicist who will use any opportunity to promote himself.

ReplyDeleteCall him a judge. Decision made before court case as he listened to opponents social worker sister. Accepted false statements like witness having telling judge he suffered short term memory loss and was still allowed to give evidence. My daughter lost custody because of this man. Karma is a bitch
ReplyDeleteit would be good to know as many court cases as possible in which he was the judge to then evaluate him as a judge , i'm afraid I do not know any , and do not know him personally
ReplyDeleteHe is my judge of our current proceedings with my 6 month old son, I really hope we get the nicer side of him. He refused parental rights for social services so praying it only goes up.
ReplyDeleteHe makes judgements on speculation only, ignores or won't allow evidence. The man is a joke of a judge who sides with abusers and drafts in supporting psychologists who are beholden to him for £££££.
