SIR ROBERT FINCH TELLS COLONEL COCKELL AND 'OIRISH' MOYNIHAN TO TAKE A HIKE

A slap in the faces of wannabe peacemakers, Jon Moynihan and 'Colonel' Sir Pooter Cockell.
The Dame was chatting to a friend, a Putney neighbour of Sir Robert Finch, chairman of Royal Brompton.
Now Sir Robert did not get to the top of Linklaters, or become become chairman of the forerunner of Capital and Counties by being a nice guy: anyone having to work with the very unpleasant Donny Gordon is the sort of chap who runs rings around the likes of Moynihan and the Colonel.

PROPERTY HARD MAN FINCH
So it seems Finch, a former Lord Mayor of London(he got into a bit of trouble during his election for using one of Donny's motors), has refused to break bread with Jon, the Colonel and Royal Marsden.
In fact, he told the Dame's man from Putney that he has no intention of selling the Fulham Wing at anything less than full market whack.
But what can you expect from an ex Capco employee(the ones smashing up Earls Court)
What Sir Bob does not know about property developing is not worth knowing.
Watch out for NHS getting involved....

  1. Sir Robert Finch may be an arrogant pr*ck, but at least he saw the ridiculous Colonel Sir Pooter Cockell and Moynihan for the arrogant useless pr*cks they are.
I suppose it take one to know one.

  2. So while Capco are doing their best to destroy Earls Court their friend and ex-employee is trying to ruin Chelsea, and our Tory councillors despite their pompous posturing are worse than ineffective.

Time to vote Cockell and his cronies out of office and bring in the Independents who have promised to support local residents.

  3. Does Prince William know he will have to raise even more money than planned at tonight's Royal Marsden Charity Dinner to line pockets of Finch, Bell et al, if the council persist in its plans adopt the SPD. Perhaps he should just get on the phone to RKBC?

  4. Perhaps it's too late for the ultimate mega price. In Clarendon Road a standard semi detached house is for sale - with planning permission for a large basement, but currently boarded up and unfinished. It's yours for a mere £13 million.
