DOREEN AND MAIGHREAD FOR CABINET JOBS...WILL THEY GIVE UP THEIR OLD AGE PENSIONS?

It looks like Danny 'Boys' is going for the 'Ladies in Lavender' vote....with Dotty Doreen Weatherhead seconding him and Mad Maighread managing his campaign one begins to wonder whether he has a clever election strategy.
If rumours are correct both have been offered Cabinet posts...but who will get what? Answers on a postcard to La Dame please.
DOTTY DOREEN!

MAD MAIGHREAD!

  2. Is there any truth that the 90 year old Dame is up for some sort of inducement to support 'Boys'?

    1. It is generally beneath the dignity of the Dame to give credence to such scurrilous stories.
The Dame is rich in such a vulgar way that she is 'not for buying' so please an end to stories that Danny 'Boys' has offered her the use of his Thai pleasure dome....

  4. Cllr Weatherhead may be seeing life after death. But she is vote fodder. Maybe even the next "Independent Person" for a Moylan Standards Committee. The Lord help us.

  6. Cllr Lightfoor will continue as Cabinet Member for Finance - or Deputy Leader if he wants it.

has left a new comment on your post "OIRISH LEADERSHIP BID":

I am wondering if the South African Police Report of around 1982 is laying around. I doubt it. It's time I had another look for it in my rather cluttered cupboard.
I'm pretty certain I had it here somewhere.

  8. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is starting to remind me of one of the old Gilray cartoon prints; rather like Europe being carved up by greedy politicians. Goodness is this democracy or just a stitch up; time for real change.

  9. It's a sad day when one loses one's respect for the previously admirable Cllr Weatherhead.

May she be forgiven, for she knows not what she does.

  10. Does anyone else thinks she looks like an old version of Jerry Springer?

  11. OMG Doreen was dotty twenty five years ago when I joined RBKC, I dread to think what the old dear is like now. She really ought to be retired.
