A FAMOUS VICTORY FOR RESIDENTS: THE FRENCH ROUTED

Quite correctly the Dame was reminded to pay tribute to the drivers behind this famous victory: The Kensington Society and The Chelsea Society. Both did sterling work to send these greedy French 'hoarders' packing
By the by, the Dame heard that Terence Bendixon is close to eighty but looks no more than sixty. She will be asking him what elixir of youth he has been using....
A STUPID IDEA

"It would be good if the Dame can report the victory - mainly due to hard work of the Kensington and the Chelsea Societies but also to the committee itself who unanimously opposed these outrages."

Well done the Dame and the Kensington and Chelsea Society. Pity the Borough needs this kind of campaign because Councillors and officers are asleep - or not getting enough inducement. Free phone calls to Australia would have been very interesting for one particular Councillor

  2. Rather more obtrusive than BT's superfast Broadband Box - now approved by Planning Chief Cllr Ahern. Even so,I wonder if Irish Tim was sounded out about these French telephone boxes? They could still be in the running......
