For the last 30 years in much of Central London, a series of grossly overpriced municipal waste contracts have been in place. This fact points to the existence of a cartel. The problem exists in the tri-borough area.

K & C residents pay twice the national rate for waste services in order to subsidise unlawful waste collection and disposal for thousands of un-contracted local businesses. The current contract has another 10 years to run. No wonder NPB wants waste to be invisible.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1690720220183337557.post-85288353826472217682013-04-28T10:55:18.403+01:002013-04-28T10:55:18.403+01:00Words, words, words. Moylan says the same thing. No surprises here.

But what does Paget-Brown stand for? What will he do? Strip out the verbiage (it takes SO LONG to read his manifesto) and he says precisely nothing. What will he do about Holland Park Opera? What are his plans for the tri Borough? The sky high SRAs (maybe he cant afford to talk about this - no one would vote for him), the Resident Artist? Was Exhibition Rd a bad mistake? How will he avoid another Chelsea Care and what were the lessons? Will he bring Mr Bore to heal and make sure that residents are allowed to use the Holland Park School pool (a planning condition that has been over ruled by the trashy Headmaster)?
