Which leads to the second problem. The paper to Cabinet seeking approval of the transaction makes interesting reading. It cites section 2 of the Local Government Act as the basis for approval of the loan. The justification is not well made and the decision is clearly open to legal challenge. The Cabinet should kick this one straight into touch.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1690720220183337557.post-10438664905103085992011-11-13T13:09:23.076+00:002011-11-13T13:09:23.076+00:00Come on Officer.......tell!!!Come on Officer.......tell!!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1690720220183337557.post-87558348189200276102011-11-13T12:53:32.783+00:002011-11-13T12:53:32.783+00:00This one is trickyThis one is trickyOfficernoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1690720220183337557.post-81943369995100352152011-11-13T12:52:51.144+00:002011-11-13T12:52:51.144+00:00Moylan of course was the champion of the Design Mu...Moylan of course was the champion of the Design Museum idea.
