    This is intentional. So many RBKC public consultations are altered or even disappear while being reviewed in Hornton Street. It's the Rotten Borough at work.

    The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea left a man homeless after saying he wasn't a victim of domestic abuse because the perpetrator wasn't a blood relative, the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman has said.
