It seems fraud hit Hackney Council does not expect councillors to declare interests..at least, that is what it seems. When looking at super corrupt Hackney Council's website there seems no facility for listing interests.
Being a council with many issues of corruption and fraud the chief executive should insist all councillors declare what they have 'on the side' so we know they are not 'on the take'
Cllr Mete Coban is a cllr there and being saintly you will find all his interests listed so stop casting 'aspirations'

I do not know is she was conceived in Chelsea and, I doubt that she actually knows where her parents had the shag which produced her. Knowing her, she would claim the egg was fertlised in a Florentine Palace.
