    Surely at such an important meeting Mr Mates could have shown other governors more respect?
    When not filing his nails he was fiddling with his mobile phone.

    Here we go again! I was far from filing my nails. I have a manicurist, Miss Thrash, who visits me to deal with this sort of thing. How dare you, sir!
